The judges will be looking for an organisation that has demonstrated the most innovative commitment and progress to improving health and safety for their staff or the wider industry.
Entries will be scored against the following:
The activity must have taken place or have been planned since January 2022.
Candidates should complete the form to indicate their intention to submit an entry.

Candidates must complete their submissions no later than 2 May 2023.
The entries will be submitted to a panel of judges, who will select the winner who will be announced at the Multimodal Awards dinner on 13 June 2023 at the VOX in Birmingham.
